Theme Geology

All the minerals and metals that we need to support our society come from mines in rock or sediment, and many of the risks which threaten our wellbeing have their origin in the geological environment.

We teach young people the broad subject of geology and they are employed in the mining and oil industry, in construction projects, geological and environmental authorities and as consultants.
