About Fredrik Lindberg

Research interests
Spatial modelling of urban climates focusing on the influence of buildings, vegetation and green spaces on human thermal comfort in as well as modelling of mean radiant temperature in complex urban settings.

Other research interests are:

  • Development of user-friendly tools for climate sensitive planning applications
  • Spatial variations of potential solar energy production on roof structures in urban areas
  • Modelling of anthropogenic heat flux
  • The use of LiDAR technology within urban climate research
